MacBook Pro w Touch Bar pixelated on wake up from sleep

Ever since receiving my new MacBook Pro with Touch Bar, often when it wakes from sleep either the entire screen or top portions of the screen are completely pixelated. Sometimes that pixelation flashes and moves around or decreases/increases in takeover size on my screen, sometimes its stable. As soon as I touch anything on the keyboard though, it stops moving. And then when I point my cursor it disappears completely. I thought maybe it was Firefox-related, so I moved to Safari but hasn't stopped the issue. And now I finally caught a photo of it. Any thoughts?

I have a similar issue except mine seems to happen when I login after screensaver or the display being off (laptop still on). I have it connected to an external monitor and the monitor will wake but the built in display stays black. Closing the lid and opening doesn't wake the screen up. The last time it happened I had previously dragged the display system preference panel to my external display. I turned on mirroring and the display woke up but it was as shown above. It would look normal when I changed some windows but pixelate again quickly.

It's also crashed a few times on me today so not sure if that's related or not. I do run VMWare Fusion (latest version) mostly when I'm connected to this display so I can't tell if that's a culprit or if this is more of a system issue.

I have the exact same issue and it also did it this morning in macOS 10.12.2 (It seem the update solved the 15' AMD dGPU graphics)

I open the computer after sleeping for a while and there is this pixelated artifact blinking all over the screen. (actually when i'm in log in).

Happened to me 4 times in the last month.

Every time simply putting the display to sleep and waking up solved it.

Quick facts :

- 10.12.2 didn't solve the issue.

- No peripheral connected.

- Filevault is activated.

- Apple Diagnostic test found nothing.

- Never did it while using the computer, always when waking it after a while.

Ditto. My other observations:

-A simple reboot solves the issue until the next time

-Has a tendency to pixilate when waking AND cool (Back seat while driving from Chattanooga to Nashville today @ 50ºF)

-My "Caffine" app is not visible in the menu bar during the issue...
