Ultrabeat contains no preset drumkits or samples

I just bought Logic Pro X, and Ultrabeat contains no preset drumkits or samples. Every tutorial video I've seen shows Ultrabeat with a drop down menu that says "Factory Settings" and contain drumkits, etc. Mine says "Manual," in dulled out typeface, and contains no presets or sounds. I see all the files in Library/Application Support/Logic/Ultrabeat Samples, but I cannot figure out how to "load" them into Ultrabeat. When I click on "Load..." in the dropdown menu and go to those folders, all the files are dulled out.

I've tried for days to figure this out. Apple Support kept me on the phone for 30 minutes and never answered. Cannot find a thread that talks about this. Please help!

Right, I saw that. But because I don't have that much storage (what amateur recorder does?), I went to "Logic Pro X" --> "Sound Library" --> "Open Sound Library Manager..." and just downloaded and installed a single set of kits (Alternative Kits) to see if that would work. It's installed but still does not show up in the Ultrabeat drop-down menu, and I cannot load it. I hope this doesn't mean that I need to download the entire package of sounds just to access Ultrabeat's kits. That would be very disappointing after I dropped two hundred bucks on this thing...
