How do I change the exercise goal?
On Apple Watch Series 2, how do I change the exercise goal to 45 minutes (it is currently set at 30 minutes)?

30 min is based on apples research on recommended exercise per day, you can adjust your move goal on the watch by opening up the activity app and hard pressing to bring up the option to adjust

I achieve my goal everyday nearly after lunchtime without having done any exercise at all. All I do is go down and up one time the stairs. And I come to work by car, dont even take the metro.
How do I change the exercise goal?
