Brand new Magic Mouse 2 running slow
Bought my iMac couple of weeks ago. I'm a fresh Mac user, but an experienced computer dev. Never seen this before in a computer and thats kinda strange.
It is slow. Although:
- speed is set right Apple icon / System preferences / Mouse / Tracking speed max.
- battery is 90%.
- mouse pad is a textile, dark, specially designed surface; it is slow regardless surface, tried several;
- regular mouse, not an Apple one, the cheapest of them all, is running like a beast using the same computer.
- bluetooth connection looks fine.
For now I'm going back to cheap-*** mouse. It is working extraordinary.
Is Magic Mouse is a sick mouse? Any advice? What could it be?
