Accidental return to sender - apple care
I new phone was sent to my house via Apple care. However, I was unable to sign for the package when it arrived it was sent back to Apple through FedEx. How can I get the phone sent back to my house?
Contact Apple. You should have all the contact information in the emails you got when setting up the express exchange service. Or use the support section - Official Apple Support to contact Apple.
