I cannot edit 2017 dates in Reminders

Today, I am unable to edit the month and year fields in the Reminders form in the Repeat>every day>End on date flow. I can only edit the day date. I am using the UK format which is dd/mm/yyyy. This is a new glitch for me although I don't use Reminders all that often; it could be a few weeks since I last tried to execute this edit and it worked fine.

I have been unable to find a Forum for Reminders as such so I am guessing it comes under another heading such as

Sierra

VIN, MacBook (13-inch Late 2009), macOS Sierra (10.12), refurb with SanDisk ss hard disk

Can you use the Arrow keys to move to the Day and Month? That's what I found works (mm/dd/yyyy format).

Tab and mouse clicks did not work. And, it didn't seem to matter if it was 2017 or any other year.

I did some more testing and depending on the date range between the two dates, other parts are selectable. So, I think this might be intentional in that it is only going to a part that would make sense to change based on keeping it form being set before the start Date. Still, it is not intuitive and I filed a bug report on it.
