Outdoor Cycle is one of the main activity types, which can be selected via the Workout app's main menu:

"Other" should only be selected as the activity type for workouts that are neither included within nor sufficiently similar to those in the main list.

Workouts that are recorded using Other as the activity type can be named before they are saved by swiping right > tapping on End > scrolling to the bottom of the workout summary > tapping on Name Workout > choose a workout name > tap Save.
