Please close out all open safari tabs. then close out all applications. Once this is done go to Settings > Safari > Clear all website data.
After that, restart the iphone and you should be good to go. what you're seeing is unwanted pop ups. this is the way to get rid of them. do not click on any of the links please.
That is a browser screen on your phone image. Why are you using a browser to access iPhone apps? You should be using the App Store app.
Im not. i just happened to take a screenshot of this when i opened safari. Its just one of the many things that i open where the pop up appsars. It also comes up when i even just unlock my phone.
