Blurred Text in iTunes / Windows 10

ITunes displays blurry text on my 2560x1440 pixel monitor at 125% scaling. I can solve this problem by disabling dpi scaling for high resolution monitors. However, when I do this, the store apps page does not display correctly - the right hand side of the screen is truncated. It appears I can have iTunes fully functioning with blurred text or iTunes with sharp text (dpi scaling disabled) but a non-functioning store apps page.

Is there a fix to enable iTunes to display sharp text with a properly functioning store apps page?
