Can apple support unlock a iPhone that's Icloud locked

I saw I phones shaper on ebay that were I cloud locked. so I was wondering can apple support unlock it and if so how much would it cost?

They are cheaper because they are completely useless.

Only the owner of the account used to lock them can remove the lock. If the sale lists it as iCloud locked or activation locked, don't go anywhere near it unless you want a really fancy, very expensive paper-weight.

Hi


Activation Lock prevents unauthorised use of the iPhone if it is lost or stolen.


This can be disabled only by the previous owner either entering their Apple ID and password on the device or by them removing the iPhone from their devices list in Find My iPhone via iCloud.com.


If you cannot arrange for either of these steps to be taken, then you will be unable to use the iPhone.


There is no way around this security feature.

How does that website know an unreported stolen device? I know for sure Apple won't help you remove the activation lock.
