I'm new to my iPhone (5S) and don't understand the 'wallet' app. How do I put a boarding pass, a train ticket, and a car rental voucher into wallet? Do I need an internet connection to actually show the items at the check-in desk etc?

You need an app from your service provider. There will be an option in the app to add your ticket to the wallet if they support it. Most airlines and other providers do, but not all.
Thanks - it's a RyanAir ticket and I have the app but I can't check in for another couple of days, so I'll see if they offer me the boarding card to download!
I've no experience with RyanAir, so I don't know if they support electronic boarding passes. If they do there should be an option to install them in the wallet.
How do I store boarding passes etc using wallet?
