It should be obvious. Buy from an authorized seller. It will be in a sealed box.
i bought it through an online store
when i first open it it asked me about a password of an unknown mail
Return it for a refund as it appears to be activation locked, and thus useless to you.
i skiped this step and open it with my account but i want to know if it was used before me or not
when i bought it it was showed as new.
