iPhone Screen glitchy

iPhone 5s, my screen is cracked and the screen is glitchy, the touch screen keeps thinking that I'm touching somewhere else other than what I'm touching. I'm just wondering if it's the screen, or if something else in the phone is also broken.

I understand from your post that your screen is broken and your touch screen is not responding properly. There is no way to tell if the issue is due to the screen or not without having the screen replaced and then seeing if the issue persists. I recommend visiting your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider and having them examine your iPhone.
