So, my phone started a constant vibrate buzzing, and can't seem to stop it at all, tried turning off in setting, tried hard reset, no avail.
Was hoping someone may have an idea to try or resolution in time before I do a restore as it's extremely annoying and making my fingers numb.

Mike from Apple helped me with this. You will need to restore your phone to factory settings (be sure to make a backup first and also you will need to turn off "find my phone" feature), then restore your phone from the backup.
Mike ran analytics on the phone and said it was a software issue, not hardware: therefore the wipe and reinstall. Be ready, though: the whole process takes almost an hour.

Hey JLF88, so this problem just started with me, and it's been going on for about half an hour.
I researched everywhere to find a solution, and fortunately I have an otter box case and decided to just throw it on the ground and it stopped immediately. If you trust your case, maybe it will work for you too! lol
i had the same issue, what i did to fix it was go into settings, then scroll to sounds, turn vibrate on ring vibrate on silent and keyboard clicks on and off again. this fixed it for me hopefully for you too
I was having the same problem and was ready to open my phone but i found that just shaking my phone hard got it to stop. I’m pretty sure this is just a temprary solution but still, it’s something
Tried that, no luck. Done a full restore and whenever the phone was powered up at any point, it still done it. After an hour and a half it stopped, but has happened a couple times since, but now the vibrate isn't vibrating as it should, is a lot weaker.
Were you able to resolve this issue? my phone is doing the exact same thing. I've attempted to do the steps listed in this feed with no luck.
