When will apple support MFA for ActiveSync. Security is primary concern for all customers and apple should address it ASAP.

I am unsure how MFA applies to syncing app data

You can enable MFA for your email account.
For example: gmail - This will protect your gmail for all devices and browser access. You may access it on your iphone, PC, etc. MFA is the way to go. The iOS platform does support MFA for the gmail account.
However, it doesn't support for Exchange ActiveSync email. This is a business application and my contain critical data. The iOS EAS must support MFA.
Apple are not here, only end-users like you, so none of us can provide any help on "when will Apple..." questions. In fact, the ASC forum ToU we all agreed to prohibits specuialtion of Apple policies.
