How eliminate a little circle with arrows in my screen??

There's is a little circle at the bottom of my screen with 4 arrows that when I press on it says zoom in window zoom choose filter and hide controller???

Specifically, use these steps:

Turn Zoom on or off. Go to Settings > General > Accessibility, then turn Zoom on or off. Or use Accessibility Shortcut.
