Hi I am having the same problem. I already got replaced with another phone and again having the same issue. I think this is happening after one week& after use skype for call to mobile. It could be the reason that skype still running somehow so all other sound become mute and no video playing except facebook video. It could be some some bugs for 7 plus. Last time they found one microphone on top of the screen faulty.
I have the same problem. My iPhone 7plus stopped playing any kind of video from you tube to snapchat to even the old ones in my camera roll. Kindly someone help fix this problem.
FaceTime and Skype are working fine though.
I have that same issue. It goes and comes, and not sure what triggers it.
Note: I love how 90% of Apple Support Forums have NO replies from Apple Customer Support?!?! Please respond to this.
