pairing blutooth earpiece with iphone7+

I cannot pair my Plantronics A170 earpiece with my new iPhone7+. I've followed the standard procedure but my device isn't discoverable. Anyone else have pairing problems with their 7+? My 6 paired to this earpiece without any problems.

If that happened to me, I would cycle power on the Plantronix while the iPhone is trying to discover it.

It may help to follow the steps here, including unpairing the headset from any other device that it may already be paired with:
