If I reset my iPhone will I need to make a new apple id?

It says "enter your apple ID password to erase this iPhone and remove it from your account" What does that mean?

No. Apple IDs are permanent. They do not disappear because you reset the iPhone.

You can continue to use it normally after resetting the iPhone.

It means exactly what it says. You enter your Apple ID and password, and the iPhone will be detached from your account (Apple ID) so it can be reset.

Once the reset is complete, you can use your Apple ID and password to log in again normally.

It will not delete the Apple ID.
