Bottom of the home scren is blurred
Iphone 7 with iOS 10.0.2 and the bottom of the screen is blurred - changed pics to make sure that wasn't an issue, any thoughts?

That is how it is intended to be. You can put up to four apps here and they will always be available at the bottom of your home screen even when scrolling across multiple pages of apps.
