While I'm not familiar with how DHL handles their scans, but for FedEx and UPS, that generally means that a shipping label has been generated and the device is ready for shipment and pickup at the facility. Most large shipping facilities have the ability to generate the shipping labels via computer from the shipper, and that puts it into the system. The first time that DHL scans the actual package, you should see information appear for tracking.

You can only track it in-route if the shipping company (DHL) provides tracking updates. If the shipping company does not provide updates you will not be able to track it. Call DHL and ask them how and when they provide updates.
What does "shipment information recived" mean and how do i track my order?
