Can't view "Repair Status"

2 problems on www.Apple.com, both involving me being unable to see my repair statuses of present and past support cases:

1) When I go to https://checkrepair.apple.com, there is an option on the right to "sign-in to check the status of all repairs." When I click this, I get thru the login screen, and then when I complete the 2-step authentication, it loops me right back to the login screen! I cannot get to see my repair history like I used to be able to do. It just keeps looping back to login. All the info is correct and 2-factor is fine. I deleted any history and cookies that might be causing this. But, if I click on the little shopping bag on the upper-right, it shows me as logged-in; if I go to the Support screen though, it says I'm logged out, and the loop starts all over. Any ideas?

2) Similarly, while logged-in, if I go to https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=psp&PRKEYS= there is a link at the bottom to "See your cases and repairs." If I click there, it allows me to remain logged in, but instead of showing me all my cases and repairs, it sends me to a screen where I need to manually enter the repair ID.

Any help is appreciated. Likewise, I would appreciate even knowing how to contact Apple support about this website issue.

Ummmm, so I tried support chat. Here is the non-support I received. Anyone got any other ideas?

You're now chatting with David.(Case #100115352324)

DavidThanks for contacting CPU. My name is David. Please give me a moment to look over your information.

DavidHI XXXXXXXXXX! How can I help?

Me:Hi! Whats CPU?

Me:Ok, I have a few minor issues.

DavidCPU means that I am everything Apple.

DavidWish I would’ve just stuck with phones My job wouldve been much easier, haha. Just kidding.

Me:First, while I am logged-in and visit: https://getsupport.apple.com, there is a link that says "View all my cases and repairs." However, when I click on that, it sends me to a screen which asks me to input a specific case number to search for. Previously, when I clicked that link, it used to actually do what it says -- it used to show me all my cases and repairs! The problem seems to have started after I changed my iCloud name a long time ago. Can you fix that?

Me:*Apple ID

DavidOK, so we changed our Apple ID and therefore we canot get all the repairs associated iwth the old email?

Me:Yea... like I said, when I click the link to "Show all my repairs and cases," instead of showing me all my cases, it sends me to a search screen asking me to MANUALLY enter a case ID.

Me:It has been like that for months.

DavidOK, well. I’ll be more than happy to assist you in gettting this resolved for you this morning.

DavidOK, so let me just change this, because you not concerns about yoru MacBook pro , or do you?

Me:Huh? Sorry your message is garbled.

Me:If I understand you, no -- my issue is with the website/my Support Account.

DavidYour case came in about a website, and a MacBook pro.

DavidSo im changing it to an Apple ID issue.

Me:ok thank you.

DavidOne moment please.

DavidOne moment, this is a hard one find in the classifications.

DavidJust bear with me a moment longer.

Me:I posted on the communities about it. No one had an answer, and they told me to contact you.

DavidIt’s like this. I ll classify later

Davidcasue its a one off type of situation. but ive been doing this so long,

DavidOK, so

DavidCan you go to appleid.apple.com

Davidand sign in with your apple id.

Me:ok

Me:Done

DavidOK, so keep this site fresh in your mind.

Davidif you changed your Apple ID, and did not sign out of every Apple product completely

Davidbefore doing so.

Davideven if youy are using the new email

Davidit still recognizes the old Apple ID. the only fix. The only fix. is

Davidto change it back temporarily

Me:Ok....but, the problem is with the website, not the device. Does that make sense?

Davidbut dont use any Apple services

DavidI do.

Davidso, dont use any device that

Davidjust change it back. go tot he website , get what you need. then change it back

Me:Well, I don't need to get anything specifically from the Support Case and Repair History. I just want to be able to see all my repairs and cases, you know?

DavidI do. I completely 110% understand

Davidbut, i’ve been dealing with Apple IDs for so long in my life. and

Davidit is what it is.

Davidplus you just change it back

Me:So I have to change to the old one anytime I want to see my old Repairs? That doesn't make sense -- I have had repairs done since creating the new Apple ID. So, at least the new repairs should show up on the new ID???

DavidYou know what you should do? is you hsould go to Www.apple.com/feedback

Davidso few do,I ask them when theres an issue.

DavidAnd i have to expplain and i agree

Davidi totally agree.

Davidbut i cannot submit that information

Davidbut you can.

Me:This is a support issue though. The account is broken. I need support.

I am technical support, But I have a vast knowledge base of all things Apple.

DavidApple ID and the way the function i’m pretty darn good at figuring out ways to do things with them. But this is the one instance that if you dont de register a device before changing the name. then that device is forever

Davidassociated with that.

Davidand if this was a repair. that was performaned whilst under that email - Apple ID, it will forever

Me:It is NOT a device issue though, Its a website issue.

Davidbe associated with that.

Me:David, I have repairs under the NEW Apple ID.

DavidYes, and www.apple.com/feedback, and im providing you with the solution. to check for your old repairs.

Davidand I wish there was a more streamlined process.

Me:No, I want to see my new ones. Under the NEW Apple ID. There have been new repairs that should show up.
