Numbers calculate employee working hours

Hi, I have an automated system that employees can Clock in and Clock out with a timestamp.

This data is collected to a spreadsheet that needs to be shorted by collecting employees names, removing duplicates, into a new column and total working hours to other column. Than calculate how many hours they worked.

Thanks

I'm an amateur like yourself, but I'd have sorted (not shorted) by name, then (not than) Timestamp. Use the last column to then Match by name & date, then subtract the higher date from the next higher on. Since they'd be paired off looking for the one up or down from it could be all that is needed. This could also work if the person signed out early and came back on the same day.
