Verify my identity
I need my identity verified so you can unlock my keychain I don't think the number set is right cause I never recieve notification

You may wish to set up two-factor authentication (a security feature for your Apple ID).
With this feature enabled, your device is trusted when you sign in and you will not need to approve your device separately in order to turn on iCloud Keychain.
