I cracked my iPhone 6 and I wanted to get it fixed but it is $129 without AppleCare . I was just going to get it fixed for $129 and buy AppleCare for $129 but I was wondering if I could buy AppleCare first then only pay $29 to get my screen fixed . Can I do that ?

No. Apple will want to examine your iPhone prior to the purchase of AppleCare. If they find damage then you can buy it.
