I'm sorry I don't know how to write a good question, but am in a panic because I realize I fell completely for this Supportme scam, sometime ago, turned by Mac Air over to them, paid $399.00 for "2yr warranty". Obviously money is gone, but what can I do to see what damage has been done?

In addition to what Carolyn has said, I'd recommend reporting this to your credit card company.

How long ago did this happen? If it was recent, your credit card company should be able to reverse the fraudulent charges and get your money back. If it was months ago, they probably aren't going to help anymore, but you should still report it, and they'll probably want to issue you a new card either way. (If they don't, they should.)

If it was actually a debit card rather than a credit card, report it to your bank IMMEDIATELY!!!! The dangers of having a scammer know your debit card number are much greater than for a credit card number, as that provides direct access to your money. If you are scammed out of money via your debit card, you have to wait for your bank to investigate and decide whether or not to give you back your money. Credit cards are far better for fraud protection.
