How to add medical records

How do I add medical records to Health. I have them in my email and PDF. Any ideas?

My record is also a .pdf, viewable in Safari. When I press the symbol, I do not see "Add to Health", only "Add to Reading List", "Add to Favorites" and "Add to Home Page".

Hi themish!

I see that you'd like to add medical records to the Health app, and I'm happy to help. Depending on what type of data it is that you're adding, there are a couple different ways. Health data can be added manually, and this section of the iPhone user guide explains how to do that:

If you have files in a CCD file provided in ZIP or XML format, you can import them using these instructions:
