How do I backup my configuration profiles?

Hi, I'm wondering how do I backup my configuration profiles, my iPad Mini is iOS 9.

Any help would be greatly appreciated since school profiles are annoying to get back.

Unfortunately backups don't seem to include configuration profiles. Just recently had to get an iPad repaired/replaced and had to go through the hassle again to find and reinstall all those profiles I had.

So always make a list of profiles you have and collect them on a mac with the configuration utility to quickly reinstall them...

No. That's not the case if those settings are made through configuration profiles. If an email account has been configured in a profile it's not in the backup. If the wifi network is configured by profile iit's not in the profile.

You'll need a backup of the mobileconfig file and install each of them after restoring the backup.

You'll also need ready copies of all certificates you have installed before and install them again.

And most importantly you'll need to know all profiles and certificates you've had to remember...

If your device is managed by a profile, I would suggest asking whoever put that profile on your device for help.

I am willing to guess exporting or backing up profiles may not ne allowed on a managed device.
