IT is a big time problem with Safari. I've read a hundred forums dating back 7 or more years with thousands of complaints and it's always the same tired answers. It has nothing to do with clearing the cache, adjusting a setting, or restarting your device either. It has been a problem for a long time and Apple clearly has no fix for it. I love my iPad but I won't buy another one for this very reason. In fact, I believe I'm going to spread the word to warn future buyers. Apple, and its support teams, do not care.

Hello, chizzz93.
There have been other reports of this issue, which were "fixed" by selecting a different ColorSync profile in Display Preferences. Search the forums for "Safari web content quits" to see more discussions...
Please update this thread with your results if you do try it...

Nothing to do with iPad, iPad is the problem, especially older models. It wouldn't surprise me at all I'd Apple knowingly slowed down older iPads, to prompt buying new, as they did with iPhones. You're a very bad Apple, rotten to the core. No more from you!
If your IPad is older than 5 years forget it. There is no solution. Zero, Nada, Zip. According to an Apple manager you have now an expensive paper weight. However, you can upgrade to an new Ipad
Good luck
Thank you, Peter!
I've never mentioned Pages for Mac, I only said that safari keep on reloading web pages, especially Facebook and it's really annoying. Can you help me? 😟
See the 2nd part of the article.
Apple just told me they will editt or not post my reply. what a shame! if your Ipad is an old model. There is no solution. You will have to buy a new one. you indeed have an expensive paper weight.
