What is Keyboard Data (Chinese & Japanese) that appears under iCloud backups?

Hi there, I have noticed what is listed as Keyboard Data (Chinese & Japanese) in my iCloud backup. It only has a broken or blank app symbol. I have noticed it there before, however, I did turn it off before restoring to an earlier backup, as my phone was randomly restarting itself. After restoring from this backup, I noticed that it was still displayed and turned on. I quickly turned it back off. I have read what others have noticed on this as well. It seems to have affected a few people, however no definitive answers on this are seemingly found anywhere. Is this at all malicious? I just find it odd as I have never used any other keyboards besides English. I have never been foolish enough to jailbreak my phone. I purchased it directly from Verizon as well. I first noticed it when using early iOS 9. I have the latest version of iOS 10 installed. Is it part of the OS, maybe having to do with the emoji keyboard? Is it at all something to be concerned about? I have read pages on how unless jailbroken, iOS devices aren't known to receive malware. Could this be some sort of spyware or keylogger though? Could you even ever have a keylogger on an iOS device, a non jailbroken one at that? Anyway, any answers on what this is would be much appreciated, to others who are wondering about this as well. Thanks a bunch.
