"network connection was reset" message
im trying to download purchases from the iTunes store, but i keep getting the "network connection was reset" message. I am running it on Windows 10

I'm getting the same problem but in OS X (10.11.6). Downloads in iTunes are consistently getting this error when I use my Comcast connection, but not when I use a Sonic DSL connection.
Perhaps Comcast have a transparent proxy that interferes with the connection. 😕
