Trading in iPhone: is the Apple store instant credit a better deal than selling online at bright star?

Interested in a new phone and I have an iPhone 5S 32GB i want to sell, but it wasn't clear if getting instant credit was a better, similar, or worse deal than selling through their linked third party website bright star.
