You can look around and see a few images of one or two factory sites
that make computers or components; these are online and don't really
show anything close-up. ~ So they aren't likely to be blocked because
they're not detailed and don't show any critical proprietary secret bits.

If someone with special permissions from Apple went into a factory, the
information they would be allowed to get, would be limited in exposure;
so nobody else would gain an advantage or profit from Apple innovation.
The OWC and iFixit take part views are fairly good since the parts-on-parts
assembly (for one unit, not mass assembly-line) is just reverse of takepart.
You may need to stress the industrial and proprietary aspects of how or why
the information you cannot get, has reason for being scarce to casual viewers.
How this applies in the intellectual property of a corporate entity and its need
to keep details close, is a respectable position to understand & share.

Perhaps you could contact Apple Environmental to see if they can get info on
the steps their iMacs go through in the recycling process; for your course.
