"No recipient entered" warning message needed

Hello,

I have emails that I send out regularly that are CC/BCC'd to someone as a default and that is required per my companies operating procedure. There have been times that I have forgotten to put the intended recipient in the "TO:" and it sends anyway.

I am wondering if we can implement a fail safe for when you do not have an email address in the "To:" bar.

When you forget to put a subject in the line it notifies you, but not when you forget to put someone in the "TO:" spot.

Thank you in advance!
