Daughters FaceTime calls

Facetime calls will be shared between devices using the same Apple ID. This was added I believe with iOS 7. If you recently updated either device to a newer OS it may have triggered this to start happening.

There is currently no way to stop this other that to not share the Apple ID for Facetime.

Changing the Apple ID for Facetime does not affect the Apple ID being used for the App Store or other services. It only affects Facetime. Separate services can have separate IDs.

Assuming you don't want that to happen, stop sharing an Apple ID with your daughter for Facetime.
