Spanish UPS delivery

When I called to your Apple Store Support Number reporting what occurs with my delivery and I haven't ordered to divide it into many parcels, is it supposed me to be waiting till UPS worker wants to come as many times/as many days as he/she wants?

Why Apple gives us the option to disable the individual delivery (in case there is any part of the delivery that can reach later)? Wouldn't it better to tell it may occur?

UPS told us there had been a mistake and that they'd return in a while to ours with the second parcel. But they didn't in more than 12 hours. In the other parcel there was no info about the 2nd one we were waiting for.

I'm trying to contact Apple Store Support in the same number I did this morning and no one is able to pick up the handset in 1h and a half.

Thank You so much.

I will never ever send another gift with Apple.

I agree with you entirely. The Apple service on the phone is a disgrace to modern business. I had a three hour marathon with the UK Bluewater store simply to organise a pick up; the fault, an auto woman who says she understands what I say, and promptly demonstrates she doesn't.

I was always taught that the telephone was a business opportunity. Apple simply doesn't see this.

You know that there isn't a lot that Apple can do about a package once it is in the hands of a delivery service. And with every order that I have ever made with Apple, I have been told that the fullfillment may come in multiple packages, do to stock availability and location of the stock's warehousing.

Apple should garnish some of your salary to pay for the extra telephone support! 😝

Hi Dah•veed,

I know what I bought and where it ought to be delivered.

In case Apple can't do a lot, maybe they shouldn't suggest some options available. Maybe they ought to make sure deliveries are made as the firm pays for them in accordance with the client.

This two statements become more important in case ítems bought to be sent pretend to be a present. Have you ever sent some flowers? Just think about delivering each element of a branch of them in different days. Marvellous, isn't it?

What salary??? But in every other respect you are absolutely right Dah*veed .... and I am happy to share some amusement with you. As for my age, well, you're right there, too.

But underlying my support for LostDelivery was a genuine feeling of a need to tell Apple that it has grown too big for its boots, as we say this side of the pond. Of course, they say they don't read these columns but you and I both know they do, albeit through the medium of the mods. That I continue with the forums (we mutually enjoy) is because simply I like helping people.

Happy to see you back here, I understand you have not been too well for a while.
