Anyone know how to set this bad boy up once you have it out of the box? The "instruction" manual is worthless.

Agreed--this "manual" makes for a mediocre coaster and nothing more. It states only the obvious without even a hint of guidance as to how you can actually USE the product.
Let me be a little more specific. I have it out of the box and assembled. I can put my iPhone (6S) into the slide. I have downloaded one of the many apps they say to download - but the manual is not specific as to which one. I have put the cube box together. That's it. I know there is more I must do, because when I look into the viewer, all I see is my iPhone desktop icons staring back at me.
How do I know which app to place on my iPhone? What do I do after I have the right app on there?
I would really appreciate a step-by-step, if anyone has the time and inclination.
