pomgear wireless ear buds not recognized on iPad
I purchased Pom Gear's Pro2Go P-One wireless earbuds. They connected via bluetooth right away with my iPhone 5SE. I cannot get my iPad Pro to recognize the earbuds. I am running iOs 10.1.1 on both devices.
I tried resetting the settings on the iPad, I deleted the Pom Gear from my iPhone to avoid confusion, I have restarted the iPad and I tried to chat with Apple Support but never got a chat started ( it said it would begin in 2 minutes-that was 30 minutes ago.
Any other solutions?
