Unable to Boot to Windows After Add New Partition

So today I add new partition to my hard disk that can be used for data storage with NTFS format.


After I add those data partition, I was unable boot to windows and windows disk is not shown as a option in startup disk, even though it's still there shown in about this mac and disk utility.


Following are the responses from terminal.


diskutil list

User uploaded file

note: diskutil cs list response "no CoreStorage logical volume groups found"


sudo gpt -vv -r show /dev/disk0

User uploaded file


sudo fdisk /dev/disk0

User uploaded file


Any help is highly appreciated.

MacBook, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), Windows 7 Bootcamp
