How to get rid of ants from my MacBook Pro

I'm not sure but i guess my MacBook Pro has been infected by ants. If that is the case, how should i get rid of them?

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012), macOS Sierra (10.12)

You could seal the macbook in a durable plastic bag, along with ant baits

to see who stumbles out the port openings to grab some fast food snacks.

{ I recommend the type with adhesive to trap them outside, & not re-enter.}

Ultimately, if they've set up shop inside, a service visit may be required to

get their 'homeless' encampment relocated. And if they happen to expire

whilst inside (or get fumigated) all the more reason for an Apple authorized

service provider to peek inside and move the furniture to be certain there

are no other lost stragglers lurking about.

You could see if you are up to a 'take-apart' to attempt to dislodge them:

Debris/food may be stuck in the keyboard, so that may be hard to clear out.

While I did a preliminary search a few ideas appeared; they appear here:

In any event...

Good luck & happy trails! 🙂
