No you don't. The iPhone 5s uses the same lightning port as an iPhone 7. You don't have to buy anything.
The Charger block is identical between an iPhone 7 and an iPhone 5s.
Technically, the wall plug block that is used is not a charger, rather it converts the incoming AC voltage to DC that is used to charge the phone. The charger itself is actually part of the phone. The block for a 5s can be used for the iPhone 7.
