TV Provider Sign in Error
I receive a sign in error that states "We are sorry, but you are not authorized to access this web site. Please verify you are authorized and re-enter your User ID and password." This error message occurs on my AppleTV as well as my iPhone, both have the most current update installed. I have DirecTV with an @att.net login. I am certain that I am logging in with my correct User ID and password. What should I do?
