My ipod 5th gen will not let me update apps. Told my Apple ID has been disabled. What now?

IPod 5th gen will not let me update App Store updates. Says my Apple ID has been disabled. I can sign into the store, the icloud and all my apps.

iPod touch, iOS 9.3.5
