Apple Watch Hermes Single Tour band broke after 2 months of use. Will an Apple Store assist?

I've only had my Apple Watch Series 2 Hermes watch for two months and the "watch connector" broke over the weekend. Even though I have AppleCare+ on this I cannot find out who to take the watch to, Apple or Hermes.


The problem is there is not a Hermes store near me. The leather is still in perfect shape, it's just the connector to the Apple Watch that broke.


Any assistance would be appreciated.

I'm afraid that no-one here can arrange service for you. You are not talking to Apple here - this is a user-based technical support community.

Hermès advises that any warranty claim concerning an Apple Watch Hermès band should be addressed to the Hermès store where the watch / band were purchased or to any Hermès store:
