payment declinded on Game of War

I have updated my credit card information twice and I checked my purchase history they all paid already. Why am I still can't do any purchase?

Follow the instructions here, including checking that your address details fully match those on file with your card issuer / bank:



You may also wish to check with your bank (in case it declined Apple's payment authorisation request).
