What if you have multiple TV Providers?

I recently learned about the ability for single sign-on based on your cable/satellite provider. My primary TV provider is Dish, but I also, technically, have an xfinity TV login due to bundling with internet... It would be nice to access some of the options there as well since there are some channels that are only accessible via one or the other for my plan. Is that not an option? Or we just have to login to each individually? Will Apple offer the ability to log in to more than one in the future?

Was there a resolution to this? I have PlaystationVue and Hulu, and would like my AppleTV to utilize both subscriptions for all its native TV functions. I read Jimmy’s article but it seems to just reference the fact that only one subscription at a time can be used.

I saw your “this does the trick” and wondered if you found something more?

the login mechanism for authentication of cable-tv apps for Apple TV are proprietary to those providers, you will have to ask those providers.

Apple provides the platform for them to run, not the infrastructure for them to verify your account.

I think maybe you confused my question. When I am in my settings for my iPhone, there is an option TV Provider. It only allows a single entry, however.
