how to review recent purchases

I made an in game purchase and didn't receive the item, I want to report to customer service but I need to provide proof of purchase. I wanted to see if there was a way to check if the purchase have gone through or not, usually I would get the purchase items first and apple would charge my account and email me a receipt a few days after. I tried checking around the communities but I haven't found an answer.

Have you checked your account in iTunes store? That is where all info is stored including previous purchases. Here is a screenshot of that part of my account page:

Clicking on 'see all' shows all my purchases for this year. You can click on a purchase and then usually report a problem with the purchase.

See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support

Hi babowa thanks for replying, I'm on my account page, but I can't seem to find the purchase history tab or anything like it.

I'm referring to the iTunes app (not the app store). iTunes > Store > scroll to bottom > under "Manage", click on Account. Once on that page (I'm only showing the top part since I'd have to black out most everything there):
