2 questions: 1. Are the Move Calories considered total calories burned? 2. Does anyone use MyFitnessPal and sync it with your watch? I count calories and my workouts are huge in gaining calories back for the day. The two apps are not syncing. Help?

I also use the Record app and I do not believe it tracks the correct amount of calories when I log a workout. I am feeling frustrated with my watch when it comes to fitness tracking :(

Hi


1. The Move ring estimates your active calories each day.


Total calories (active + resting) can be viewed in the Activity app on your iPhone:


On your iPhone, in the Activity app (coloured rings icon), go to: History (tab) > tap on a day > scroll down to the Move chart (which shows active calories) > swipe left on the chart to view the total calories for the day:
