What iOS are you using on your phone. hackers found an boot exploit and can install keyloggers on your phone. Except if you are iOS 9.3.4 or higher
Your phone and laptop were not "hacked". Your iCloud account has been compromised.
You need to contact Apple.

Once you get this straightened out, you NEED to set up 2 factor authentication, and use a strong password. Do NOT re-use passwords across multiple accounts.
Just to clarify, Apple was NOT hacked.
if your or your friends Apple ID is also the same email/pass for another system like "yahoo" then they don't need to hack Apple to get your info.
Use a unique password for your Apple ID, one that is not associated with any other service.
Change your Apple ID - Apple Support
and consider using two factor authentication.
Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support
if you are unable to do this you may contact Apple Computer by using the Contact Apple link at the bottom of this page for assistance.
I'm using version 8.3
Where can i find the two factor authentication?
Or should i just download as u said..
But my memory is also limited..
two factor may require all devices to be on a specific iOS or higher in order to work.
Memory should not play a deciding factor in this, it's very little overhead.
if you need to delete something to make space consider what is more important and you can make a backup of the device to free up space.
