Show Star Ratings setting Isn't Appearing

Hi - I upgraded to 10.2 yesterday (iPhone 7), and when I go to Settings>Music, I don't get the "Show Star Ratings" option. It's not there. I have "Show Apple Music," "Add Playlist Songs," and "iCloud Music Library" all turned on, if that matters. I've tried reboots, and the toggle isn't showing up. Any ideas?
